Welcome To Bulwell Community Toy Library

We’re very proud to say the toy library was one of the partners involved in Nottingham’s successful bid for £45 million from the Big Lottery Fund, which will be used to improve the lives of 0-3 year olds around the city, giving them the best possible start in life.

Nottingham’s bid was called Small Steps Big Changes and it was chosen as one of five successful bids across England, sharing £125 million from the Big Lottery Fund.

Simply watch the Small Steps Big Changes video below to find out more.

The Bulwell Community Toy Library is much more than just a toy library.

We offer a range of services for families, professionals, schools and community groups.

Plus, we have a fantastic range of fun and educational toys and games for families to borrow for just a few pence. With over 3,000 toys and games to choose from, you and your children will be spoilt for choice!

In addition, we offer loads of activities for children aged from 0 to 13 years including regular play sessions for babies and toddlers, after school and holiday clubs for older children and supervised outdoor activities at local parks.

If you’re a professional working with children, you may be interested to find out more about our range of specialist services including how play can be used to boost children’s development and wellbeing.

We also offer an affordable mobile crèche service for schools and community groups.

If you’d like to know more about any of our services please feel free to browse the website, give us a call on 0115 975 3898 or email steve@toy-library.co.uk

We’re here to provide help and support as well as toys so you can be sure of a very warm welcome every time you visit us!
