A Bit About Us!

From our beginnings as a local voluntary organisation and charity for families in the 1980’s, we are proud to continue to be firmly rooted in the local community and led by parents. We have been working with children and young people for over 39 years, providing a wide range of services and activities locally and across Nottingham.

We’re here to improve the life chances and aspirations of children and young people aged 0 to 13 years by:

  • Providing opportunities to learn and develop through play
  • Encouraging children, parents and other adults to appreciate the benefits of play
  • Delivering services that are person and child-centred
  • Promoting creativity and raising aspirations
  • Bringing people together for mutual learning and support

Why do we do all this?  Because we all need to play!
